The amazing TRX-PM84 from Triode Corporation of Japan is now on display. This beautiful tube integrated features a built in digital to analogue converter with a port for a memory stick and a USB port that can process high resolution 192k files from your computer. It also has a very sweet and musical built-in phono preamp for your turntable as well as a headphone jack. It uses EL84 output tubes to produce 15 watts of luscious tube power. It’s compact and able to do pretty much everything one would need. It also looks really cool too! At $2,795 it is an excellent “do everything” solution for a person who values great sound and great looks.

The All New Dynaudio Focus Series

The Dynaudio Focus 160 is the "bookshelf" speaker in the new range. Why the quotes? Because they simply sound huge and "bookshelf" implies otherwise. We love, love, love these speakers. They manage to throw an expansive and transparent soundstage, have deep and tuneful bass, as well as being highly refined. A neat trick in a very attractive Danish package.

The Focus 260 is the first floor standing loudspeaker in the new line, followed by the larger 3-way Focus 340 and Focus 380. All come with the newest dynaudio soft dome tweeter and bass units. Cross-overs have been reworked and improved.

We are very, very pleased with our new Line Magnetic integrated amplifiers, build quality and value are substantial. The beautiful hammertone finish harkens one back to a by gone era and the tonal quality is as pure as it gets for anywhere near the price. At $1,650, the 211IA offers performance that you’d expect for twice the price. We enjoyed a morning of searching through LPs in the ILS record store and then listening to the music on our Shindo 301 turntable in our new reference sound room.
